Abstract
The Draft Report is a positive contribution to the policy debate on the enduring problems of educational disadvantage and early school leaving in Ireland. Although the conclusions and recommendations of the report have yet to be drafted, we anticipate that our submission will assist in making an informed contribution to their formulation.
