When children have had a break from school they may experience a range of feelings about returning. Some children may feel anxious, nervous, scared, others may feel excited and delighted, some children may feel a mix of these feelings. This tip sheet is to support you in talking and engaging with your children about returning to school and also to support your own self-care.
