Abstract
Tús Maith is an early years care and education programme for children aged between three and five years. This Executive Summary presents the main findings from the (a) semi-structured interviews with Tús Maith staff, their project managers, the Tús Maith coach, regional and national managers, and parents, and (b) pre-and-post-programme quantitative data from the children’s parents and project staff implementing Tús Maith. Four outcome areas for children were examined, mainly, emotional wellbeing, social competence, language and literacy, and physical development.
