Abstract
We would be delighted if your school would consider working with Barnardos for the academic year 2011/12 in a mutually beneficial partnership. Outlined in this proposal is an introduction to the work we do, together with the benefits we offer to the CSPE and Transition Year curriculum. By partnering with us we believe we can support both the teachers and students with specific aspects of the secondary school social awareness modules, as well as providing students with a wealth of knowledge to draw on. We are frequently called to schools to present to students about the work we do. As the topics we address are relevant to various aspects of the CSPE, Transition Year and SPHE curriculum, we believe we can be a support to both students and teachers.
