Abstract
The members of the Board hereby present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008. These documents are prepared in accordance with the Companies Acts 1963 to 2006 and, voluntarily in the absence of statutory reporting standards for charities in Ireland, in accordance with international best practice (Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) (revised 2005)) as recommended by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The Directors' Report contains the information required to be provided in the Trustees' Annual Report under the Statement of Recommended Practice guidelines.
