Abstract
In this issue of Childcare eNews we look at Barnardos response to the Children and Family Relationships Bill. This Bill will lead to greater equality for children in the eyes of the law no matter who is bringing them up. We also take a look at developments in early years education and care including an update on pre-school inspections and two studies outlining the benefits of early years education. There is news of children's internet usage in Ireland, a recent rally organised by the Association of Childhood Professionals, the evaluation results of the Triple P Parenting Programme and more.
