Abstract
In this second issue of Early Years eNews of the year, as children return to ELC, we bring you news of updated Covid information from DCEDIY as well as details of reports recently launched by Tusla and The Children's Rights Alliance, and information about a new CPD programme from LINC. We also bring news of new free Barnardos resources and updates on our training and library programmes.
