Abstract
The members of the Board, who are directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Acts, hereby present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2003. These documents are prepared in accordance with the Companies Acts and, in the absence of statutory reporting standards for charities in Ireland, voluntarily, in accordance with international best practice as recommended by the Charity Commissioners for England and Wales.
