It is hoped that this Handbook on Aspects of Death and Bereavement will be another useful tool in the process. Much of what is produced is drawn from our contact with over 2,000 grieving children, young people and families since the launch of the service in June 1996. The purpose of the Handbook is to provide readily accessible, user-friendly information on a wide range of aspects of grief. In addition, there are listings of useful references for further reading.en
