The aim of the training is to support Year Educators to understand that children are unique individuals who express their feelings and emotions through their behaviour. Participants will explore key areas; promotion strategies e.g. the physical environment, induction strategies the Year Educator can use to promote positive behaviour and external control strategies where there is limited
opportunity for a child to learn.
